We recently received few reports that batteries were lost after delivered.
Few reasons:
1. The shipping address incorrect.
2. The shipping address correct, but FedEx deliveryman threw to an incorrect address.
3. Lost on FedEx warehouse.
 
We  strong suggest you choose a FedEx store near you, shipping to your local FedEx store, after arriving, pick up there, this would be the best.
​Please make a call to FedEx store first, NOT all FedEx store accept the lithium battery.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All Purchase. Pickups are available Mon~Fri, 10am-5pm,PST. CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PICK UP.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

  • Free Shipping

We offer free FedEx Ground 3~10 days shipping on all orders.

Once Your order is picked up by forwarder, we will send an email with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let vou know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
